Founded in 2000, HRM Matters provides an individualised human resource service aimed at small to medium sized business who cannot afford a dedicated human resource professional full time but still need to have the expertise on hand to ensure its business is compliant with current legislation. But HRM Matters is much more than that. We limit the number of clients we serve so that we are able to understand their business and get to know the managers and staff.

We can also advise individual employees on any dispute they have with their employer be it a grievance or disciplinary matter, redundancy or Employment Tribunal claim and our employee advisor will take the strain from you and make sure your rights are provided to you by your employer.
